Good Evening To All,

We will be heading off to our favorite woodsy romping grounds in Southern New York to find some more interesting pieces to work on.  We can't guarantee pictures being put up too soon, but there will hopefully be a larger selection of items coming soon.  We hope to have some of these for at least the end of our next faire, the Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire,

Also, We have some wands being added to the selections at this faire.  We have a few wizard wands cut from Walnut, East Indian Rosewood, and Purpleheart, a reddish purple wood from Brazil, being added in.  If these wands do well, then expect other exotic hardwood wands to be added into the mix for future occasions and faires as well.

May the Days Bless Ye,
Valos and Naomi

Greetings and good health!

We are excited to announce that as of this week, the well-stocked and unique occult shop, Effigy, shall be carrying several of our magick wands! The store is located on Main St. in Monroe, if ye wish to have a look for yourself. We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to get our products out to a wider audience, and we hope ye shall support us in our endeavors. Huzzah!

Fare thee well,
Valos & Naomi

Good Day and Good Health,

I would just like to mention a couple minor changes we shall need to make anon.  First off, due to some rather serious issues linking my Pay-Pal account to my actual bank account, we will be switching back to Google Checkout.  This is a minor process here, though there will be some pages that will need to be redone or somehow reworked for a short time while certain issues are being ironed out.

Second, as many know, we have recently returned from the CTRF Robin Hood Festival, and have had a wonderful time there as well (look for our return next spring as well!!).  During our time at faire, we sold a number of the wands that are shown on the website, and we are asking for your patience while we update our online inventory to reflect these sales; it should be updated within the week, and an update will be issued on our blog once it is complete. Look forward to a new addition to our line-up, as well! We debuted a certain something that seemed quite popular our final weekend at faire.

Thank you for your understanding during this time, and we look forward to seeing you at the Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire in Ansonia, CT at Warsaw Park in a few short weeks.

Fare thee well,
Valos

P.S. Look for possible new additions to our staffs at the coming faire, a trip to the woods is planned and in the works between now and then...

Greetings and good health!

Though it seems the Robin Hood faire began only yesterday, alas it has already ended. Immeasurable thanks to all the lovely patrons who came by our booth to introduce themselves, entertain us with brilliant stories, to admire our work or to support us with a purchase; it was a pleasure meeting each and every one of you.

Special thanks especially to all those who worked day and night to make CTRF's Robin Hood Springtime Festival happen. The vendors, performers, and staff alike all helped make this faire unforgettable.

But enough emotional banter. Valos and I shall verily enjoy our three-week rest between faires. May we be in tip-top shape to greet ye anon at the Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire in Ansonia, CT, starting June 18.

Pray come visit us again!

Fare thee well,
Naomi

Greetings and Good Health!

Another weekend of the Robin Hood festival has come and gone.  Renniewoods is selling staffs, wands, and canes at the faire, and we hope you will come to see what we have to offer.  This weekend may see a new product, though we are not sure yet if we will be making it available (need to ask the directors first).

On my Home Page is a coupon for $2 off admission price to the faire.  We hope you will take advantage of this to come out and join us!!

Fare Thee Well,

Valos

Discover the magic of playtime
Greetings and good health!

This Friday is a special day at faire. We will be welcoming busloads of children coming to School Day on their field trips. What a merry day it shall be!

To give our own special welcome, we shall be offering a one-day-only special student discount on our wizard wands: 50% off! Yes, you read right; our wizard wands will be going for $10, this Friday only, for the children attending school day at the faire.

Our wizard wands are the perfect souvenir, if I do say so meself! What says renaissance better than magic, after all? And though wooden swords are the perfect accomplices of broken lamps, our wands can add a little magic to playtime without the fuss!

Besides, what better accessory to have for a certain upcoming movie premiere, aye?

Fare thee well,
Naomi

Greetings and good health!

Thanks to all who ambled by to visit us despite the terrible weather this past weekend at the Robin Hood Festival. We thank ye for your patronage and look forward to seeing ye anon.

For all ye who chose not to brave the torrential downpour (hardly could we blame ye!!), we look forward to seeing ye over the next four weekends. Do stop by and bid us welcome, we always enjoy seeing new faces and old friends alike.

Until next weekend,
Naomi & Valos

Good Day and Good Health!

We are busy getting ready for the Robin Hood Springtime Festival, which starts this weekend!!  Come down to the Faire to visit us.  During the first weekend, also Easter Weekend, we will be having a little extra fun with our patrons, offering Easter Eggs, and will have our full supply of Staffs and Wands available.  The Faire spans over five weekends, and we will keep you updated as to what is going on both at the Faire, and what we will be doing!

Fare thee Well,
Valos

Greetings and good health!

With the Robin Hood Springtime Festival nigh approaching, Valos and I have been madly dashing about, making preparations. This includes upgrades to our tent, but we wouldst do well not to forget Valos' hard work expanding our inventory too!
Dragonsbane Staff
Valos enjoys scaring children in the park
With that said, we wish to introduce ye to the latest addition to our staff selection: Dragonsbane! Whence Valos uprooted this striking piece, it had been growing nearly horizontally in the center of a cluster of large boulders. This gave the roots their fascinating gnarled, upright appearance.  It bears a close resemblance to the hand of a dragon, no? Quite right, we thought so as well!

The wood proved too soft to carve, so our ever resourceful craftsman attached laser quartz to each "finger", creating fearsome claws. He also carved the base of the head to resemble tattered skin, completing the look.

Though we shall be putting this piece on our website, it shall of course be making the travel to faire with us. Ye are quite welcome to stop by and have a peek at it, but beware - the claws are quite fragile, so care must be taken when handling it.

We eagerly await faire time, and sincerely hope to see ye there anon!

Fare thee well,
Naomi

Greetings and good health!

Buying from Renniewoods' online shop and ordering custom wands is now easier than ever! That's right, ladies and gents, we have switched our payment method from Google Checkout to Paypal. Paypal makes custom orders much easier, and its reputation is one we are sure our patrons can trust.

Along with our transition to Paypal, we were able to add a new custom order page for our wizard wands, as well as our new line of fairy wands (pictures to come anon!!). We hope to add a similar feature for our ritual wands soon, so keep posted.

Fare thee well,
Naomi

PS - Just another month and a half or so until CTRF's Robin Hood Springtime Festival. We hope to see ye there!
